Are you truly dedicated to care in the home?

All staff recruited by Reagle Home Care Services are required to follow a mandatory training program before they are able to conduct any form of care in the home.

Mandatory courses include:

  • Health and Safety
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication
  • Abuse awareness
  • Dementia
  • Fire Safety
  • Food hygiene
  • Infection control

Following successful completion of a probationary period, all carers automatically take up Health and Social Care Certificate training.

Additional training in specialist needs will also be made available as required, along with mandatory refresher courses. All carers must follow an agreed personal development plan.

Carer supervision and spot checks are ongoing, and formal annual appraisals are held for all staff.
